ARTICLES OF PARTNERSHIP OF TONCLINTX PASTRY PRODUCT And T-SHIRT PRINTING SERVICES Know all men by these presents: That we, every one of whom are residents and inhabitants of the Philippines and of lawful age, do therefore intentionally relate ourselves to shape a general association as per the laws of the Philippines, and we thus ensure: ARTICLE I That the name of our general organization will be TONCLINTX PASTRY PRODUCT and T-SHIRT PRINTING SERVICES. ARTICLE II That the chief spot of our organization will be in Sta. Cruz Laguna, Philippines. ARTICLE III That our association will exist for a time of three (3) months from the hour of enlistment in the Dean’s Office of the College of Computer Studies. ARTICLE IV That the motivation behind the association will be the accompanying: 1. To bargain in the matter of giving the administration of T-shirt structure and printing along with deals of baked good items. 2. To import such sort of administration in the wake of conforming to existing laws and guidelines. 3. To go into such different agreements or do such different goes about as might be requested by the requirements of the business.
